For machining with larger diameter tooling, the specialty ground balanced tools can extend spindle bearing life by minimizing vibrations. The extra grind on the reverse side of the tool reduces vibrations and allows machining at a higher RPM and faster feed rates. These tools are recommended for cutting diameters of 5mm and larger and are ideal for aluminum, brass, plastics, exotic composites and any soft metals.

Our single flute tools are ideal for machining non-ferrous materials, often at significantly faster rates compared to conventional multi-flute tools. The unique single cutting edge design creates more space for chip evacuation, allowing for faster feed rates and higher chip loads.
