High-Speed Machining

High-speed machining (HSM) requires CNC milling machines with high-speed spindles (typically 10,000 to 60,000 RPM). Through advanced machine design, optimised tooling, and cutting strategies, HSM can be achieved while improving productivity, reducing cycle times, and reducing costs.

Our CNC milling machines are equipped with high-precision spindles capable of reaching 60,000 RPM. Furthermore, we have several CNC tools that will assist you in the HSM process.

One of the crucial areas of machine ownership in our view is maintenance, whether that is general servicing which is normally every 12 months or the dreaded breakdown. We have a service team that offers installation, servicing and maintenance, some of our customers have 10+ machines so a staggered service is normally the best approach.
Training
We have various training Menus that you can use, it all depends on your needs. Some customers have ‘pre-delivery’ training at our demo facility, this is normally done a couple of weeks before delivery.
Configuration
The machines are all modular and can be changed to suit the customer need. We offer our knowledge and experience to hopefully add a benefit to the specific customer application(s). There are various accessories that can be added later should the original setup need to be changed.
